At Dough-ing Good Bakery, every order is prepared with care, time, and attention to detail. Because our desserts are handcrafted, made-to-order products created specifically for each customer, we have established the following Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We appreciate your understanding that once preparation begins, ingredients, supplies, and production time have already been dedicated to your order.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Dough-ing Good, every order is freshly prepared with care and attention to detail. We appreciate your understanding of our policies as a small, home-based bakery.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final once an order has been placed.

Because our baked goods are made to order and perishable, we do not accept cancellations or provide refunds for changes of mind, scheduling conflicts, or ordering mistakes.

Changes to Orders

If you need to request a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Changes are not guaranteed and depend on whether preparation has begun and whether the requested adjustments can be accommodated.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

Your satisfaction is important to us!

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, or experience a quality concern, please contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when possible.

We will review the concern and determine an appropriate resolution, including a refund or replacement when required by applicable law.

Missed Pickups

Customers are responsible for collecting their orders during their scheduled pickup window.

Failure to collect an order does not automatically qualify for a refund. If an unexpected situation arises, please contact us as soon as possible.

Pickup Only

Dough-ing Good currently offers local pickup only in Fort Worth, Texas. We do not offer shipping or delivery.

Wednesday Pickup: 1:00 PM–5:00 PM

Saturday Pickup: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
