We know you’re excited to receive your freshly baked treats, and we’re excited to share them with you. Our pickup process is designed to make receiving your order simple, convenient, and enjoyable.
Because every order is baked fresh specifically for you, scheduled pickup times help us ensure your treats are prepared perfectly and ready when you arrive.

Scheduled Pickup
All pickups are available by appointment only.
After placing your order, you will receive pickup instructions that include:
- Pickup date
- Pickup timeframe
- Location details
- Any additional instructions needed
Please arrive during your scheduled pickup window.
Pickup Location
Dough-ing Good Bakery is a home-based bakery operating under the Texas Cottage Food Law.
For privacy and security reasons, exact pickup instructions and location details will be provided after your order has been confirmed.
Arriving for Pickup
When you arrive:
- Please follow the pickup instructions provided with your order.
- Confirm you are picking up a Dough-ing Good Bakery order.
- Check that you have received the correct items before leaving.
If you notice an issue with your order at pickup, please bring it to our attention before leaving so we can address it promptly.
Late Pickups
We understand that unexpected situations happen.
If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.
While we will do our best to accommodate schedule changes, repeated or significantly delayed pickups may affect the quality and freshness of your order.
Because our products are perishable, we cannot guarantee storage availability for orders that are not picked up as scheduled.
Missed Pickups
If an order is not picked up during the scheduled timeframe and we have not received communication, we will attempt to contact you.
Due to the perishable nature of our products:
- Refunds are not provided for missed pickups.
- Replacement orders are not guaranteed.
- Additional pickup arrangements are subject to availability.

Someone Else Picking Up Your Order
Someone else may pick up your order on your behalf.
Please ensure they have:
- The customer’s name
- Order details
- Any pickup instructions provided
Once the order has been released to the customer or their designated pickup person, responsibility for proper handling and transportation transfers to the customer.
Transporting Your Order
To help protect your delicious treats:
Cookies & Brownies
- Keep containers level.
- Avoid leaving them in a hot vehicle.
- Store properly once home.
Cakes
Please:
- Keep cakes level during transportation.
- Place cakes on a flat surface.
- Avoid placing cakes on seats.
- Keep your vehicle cool.
- Drive carefully to prevent shifting.
Dough-ing Good Bakery is not responsible for damage caused after pickup due to transportation, handling, temperature, or storage.
Pickup During Extreme Weather
Because weather can affect baked goods and safe transportation, we may recommend adjustments during extreme conditions.
This may include:
- Adjusting pickup timing
- Rescheduling when necessary
- Providing additional storage recommendations
We will communicate any changes as quickly as possible.
Order Verification
Before leaving pickup:
Please verify:

✔ Packaging is secure
Once the order leaves our care, changes or corrections may not be possible.
