Pickup Policy

Every treat is made with care, and we want your pickup experience to be simple, convenient, and enjoyable.
Local Pickup Only
Dough-ing Good is a home-based bakery located in Fort Worth, Texas.
We currently offer local pickup only. We do not offer shipping, delivery, or walk-in purchases.
For privacy and security, the exact pickup location and instructions will be provided with your order confirmation.
Weekly Pickup Schedule
Our regular pickup days are Wednesday and Saturday.
Wednesday Pickup
- Order deadline: Sunday at 8:00 PM
- Pickup hours: Wednesday, 1:00 PM–5:00 PM
Saturday Pickup
- Order deadline: Wednesday at 8:00 PM
- Pickup hours: Saturday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
All times are Central Time.
Orders placed after the applicable cutoff will be scheduled for the next available pickup day.
Please follow your confirmed pickup arrangements.
Arriving for Pickup
When arriving to collect your order:
- Follow the instructions provided in your confirmation.
- Have your name and order information available.
- Check that you have received the correct items and quantities.
- Handle your treats carefully during transportation.
If you notice an issue with your order, please bring it to our attention as soon as possible.
Late Pickups
We understand that unexpected situations happen!
If you’re running late, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate reasonable adjustments when possible, but alternative arrangements are not guaranteed.
Because our products are perishable, we cannot guarantee extended storage or freshness beyond the scheduled pickup timeframe.
Missed Pickups
Customers are responsible for collecting their orders during the scheduled pickup window.
If you miss your pickup without contacting us, we may attempt to reach you using the information provided with your order.
Please understand:
- Missed pickups do not automatically qualify for refunds.
- Replacement orders are not guaranteed.
- Alternative pickup arrangements are subject to availability.
- We cannot guarantee indefinite storage of perishable products.
Our all-sales-final Refund & Cancellation Policy applies, subject to applicable law.
Someone Else Picking Up Your Order
You may arrange for someone else to collect your order.
Please ensure that person has:
- Your name
- Your order details
- The pickup instructions
Once an order has been released to you or your designated pickup person, you are responsible for its proper transportation and storage, subject to applicable consumer protections.
Transporting Your Treats
To help your baked goods arrive home in the best possible condition:
- Keep containers level and secure.
- Avoid leaving treats inside a hot vehicle.
- Transport temperature-sensitive items promptly.
- Refrigerate products that require refrigeration.
- Follow any storage instructions included with your order.
Severe Weather or Unexpected Closures
Customer safety is important to us.
If severe weather or unexpected circumstances affect our ability to prepare or provide orders, we will contact affected customers as soon as reasonably possible to communicate available arrangements.
If Dough-ing Good is unable to fulfill a paid order, we will offer an appropriate resolution consistent with applicable law.
Order Changes and Cancellations
All sales are final once an order has been placed.
If you need to request a change, please contact us promptly. Changes are not guaranteed and depend on our production schedule and available ingredients.
