When should I place my order?
We bake in small batches twice each week to ensure every treat is as fresh as possible.
- Order by Sunday at 8:00 PM for Wednesday pickup
- Order by Wednesday at 8:00 PM for Saturday pickup
Orders placed after the cutoff time will be scheduled for the next available pickup day.
Why is pickup only on Wednesdays and Saturdays?
At Dough-ing Good Bakery, everything is made in small batches—not mass produced. Our baking schedule allows us to focus on quality, freshness, and consistency while reducing waste. Every cookie, brownie, Rice Krispie treat, and Dough-ing Goodie is prepared with care just before pickup, so you’re always receiving the freshest treats possible.
Do you have a storefront?
No. Dough-ing Good Bakery is a licensed Texas Cottage Food Bakery operating from our home kitchen. We currently offer scheduled local pickup only.
Does Dough-ing Good Bakery keep treats in stock?
We believe homemade treats are at their best when they’re made in small batches rather than sitting on a shelf. By baking to order twice each week, we reduce waste, use fresher ingredients, and ensure every customer receives treats made with the same care we’d use for our own family.
Where do I pick up my order?
Pickup is in the Fort Worth, Texas area. The pickup address and instructions will be included in your order confirmation email.
What are your pickup hours?
Our regular pickup windows are:
Wednesday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
If you have an emergency or unexpected delay, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.
Can I request a different pickup day?
To keep every order fresh and maintain our small-batch baking schedule, we generally offer pickup only during our scheduled Wednesday and Saturday pickup windows.
If you have a special circumstance, please reach out before placing your order, and we’ll let you know if we’re able to accommodate your request.
Are your treats baked fresh?
Yes! Every order is baked or prepared in small batches for its scheduled pickup day. We never mass produce our products, allowing us to focus on freshness, quality ingredients, and homemade flavor.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! We’d love to help with birthdays, holidays, office events, baby showers, and other special occasions.
If you’re interested in a larger order or something unique, please contact us before placing your order so we can discuss availability and planning.
How should I store my treats?
For the best flavor and texture:
- Cookies: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
- Brownies: Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- Rice Krispie Treats: Store at room temperature in an airtight container for 3–4 days.
- Dough-licious Dip Cups: Keep refrigerated and enjoy within one week.
Many of our treats can also be frozen for later enjoyment.
Do you offer shipping?
At this time, we offer local pickup only.
Do your products contain allergens?
Yes. Our kitchen uses wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other common allergens.
While we take great care in preparing every order, we cannot guarantee that any item is free from cross-contact.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Because our treats are made fresh to order and are perishable, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been picked up.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
