At Dough-ing Good, we take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.
Return Policy
- Eligibility for Returns
- Our baked goods are perishable items and therefore, returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or if there is an error in your order.
- Claims for returns must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Process for Returns
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@doughinggood.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Please include photographic evidence of the damage or error, if applicable.
- Non-returnable Items
- Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Any items that are not in their original condition, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error, cannot be returned.
Refund Policy
- Refunds for Returned Items
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds
- In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if items are returned with obvious signs of use).
- Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@doughinggood.com.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@doughinggood.com.

Dough-ing Good Bakery Delivery Policy
At Dough-ing Good Bakery, we are committed to ensuring that your baked goods arrive fresh and on time. Please review our delivery policy to understand how we manage our service:
- Delivery Areas: We currently offer delivery within a 50-mile radius of 76135. If you are unsure whether your address falls within our delivery zone, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
- Delivery Times: Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday between 12:00 PM and 7:00 PM. We do not offer deliveries on Sundays or public holidays. Choose your preferred delivery date and time at checkout.
- Order Minimums and Fees: A minimum order of $15 is required for free delivery within 15-miles and a minimum order of $30 is required for free delivery within 50-miles. For orders within the 15-mile radius, A delivery fee of $5 will be applied to any order under $15. For orders within the16-50 mile radius, A delivery fee of $10 will be applied to any order under $30.
- Delivery Instructions: Please provide any specific delivery instructions, such as gate codes or preferred drop-off locations, at the time of order. We aim to follow these instructions to the best of our ability to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
- Recipient Availability: We kindly ask that someone be available to receive the delivery during the scheduled time. If no one is present, we ask that there be a safe, cool place to leave them. Please note Dough-ing Good is not responsible for stolen items.
- Quality Assurance: Our team takes great care in packaging your order to maintain freshness and quality. If there are any issues with your delivery, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will work to resolve the matter promptly.
