Do you offer free delivery?

Absolutely! We’re excited to let you know that we offer free delivery on orders of $5 or more. This offer is valid within a 15-mile radius of zip code 76106. If your order is less than $5, there will be a $5 delivery fee.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?

Absolutely! We offer free pickup at our home bakery location for your convenience.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your order, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery. This will guarantee you get a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours, there will be a $10 fee. Make sure to send all cancellation requests in writing to hello@doughinggood.com.

Do you ship orders outside the delivery zone?

Absolutely, we do! If you’re looking for deliveries within 16 to 50 miles of the 76106 area, there’s a shipping fee. The fee is small, only $10.

How do I store the products?

Keep them in a cool, dry place or refrigerated to extend freshness.
