Community Through Goodies
At Dough-ing Good, my mission is all about tackling hunger in our communities, one tasty treat at a time. I believe that everyone deserves at least one nutritious meal each day, regardless of their background or circumstances. Food is a necessity, not a luxury, and should be treated as such.
According to the Tarrant Area Food Bank, “DFW ranks third among U.S Metro areas with the highest population of food insecure people.”
I am dedicated to launching a mobile food delivery service. It will bring meals straight to those who need them. To make this happen, I’m starting by offering high-quality, affordable baked goods. I want to be a beacon. I want to spread hope and kindness in my neighborhood. I’ll achieve this by using my passion for baking to create a meaningful impact. I’m not just whipping up treats—I’m nurturing a caring community.
As I work towards my goal of launching a food truck to serve meals to those in need, I’m committed to:
- Delivering delicious, freshly baked goods at prices that delight my customers
- Cultivating a culture of kindness, compassion, and inclusivity in everything I do
- Building strong connections with my customers, partners, and neighbors, and
- Constantly innovating and enhancing my products and services to meet the changing needs of my community.
Dough-ing Good is more than just a bakery. It’s a heartfelt belief that food has the power to unite people. Join me on this journey of kneading happiness and baking memories. Together, we can nourish souls and fill bellies.

Owner/Baker
For many years, baking has held a special place in my heart. There’s something truly magical about the process that helps me unwind and forget my worries. I have two teenage boys. As their mom, I know treats and snacks must always be on hand. It’s crucial to not have to choose between price and quality. Hence, why I strive to keep my prices reasonable while only utilizing high quality products.
My love of baking originates from my grandmother, Linda. She spent hours on end teaching me how to cook. She also taught me how to bake. While, I was not the most eager learner, she never quit. We would spend hours in the kitchen reading and working through recipes. She explained how important this skill would be as I grew up. At the time all I would do was roll my eyes.
Once I had kids, I was glad she was so persistent as well as patient with me. She is no longer with us physically. Yet, her passion for creating memories in the kitchen lives on through me. I share those memories with my boys, and I look ahead to sharing this with generations to come.
